There are so many attractive touches that I immediately thought that Simone must be an interior designer. Moreover, the house is spacious and comfortable with a very well equipped, large kitchen. You can park your car right on the property. Atop all that, Simone excels in communication and helpfulness. She is very warm and made us feel right at home. This is an exceptionally great place to stay.

The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped, should you want to cook. The property has delightful little touches all over -- which we absolutely loved!

We used this place as a base to explore Ericeria (15 mins away), Mafra (5 mins away) and Sintra (30-35 mins away). Simone gave us loads of very helpful recommendations on the local places to visit and eating outlets nearby. The welcome basket of bread, wine and fruits was a delightful surprise!

I would recommend having a rental car, as it allows you to explore the nearby areas. Parking is generally easy and with the main towns, you always have the option of parking in the main parking lot and then taking an Uber around.
